Payment And Policies
Payment Information:
- We take payment through our website. We will discuss the price of each cake and then we will email you and invoice which will be due at least two days before you pick up your cake. If payment is not made we will not make your order
- We take most forms payment like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also take Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Cancellation Information:
- We will be able to refund your order as long it is at least a week before your order is made.
- If you cancel within the week of your order we cannot refund you but we will allow you to use it as credit toward a future order you may place!
- Please understand we have limited spot so if you cancel late we may not be able to fill the spot we lost.
Availability Information:
- Please check our calendar on our order form for our updated availability.
- We are closed every Thursday unless the calendar says otherwise.
Pick Up Information:
- We will send the pick up address as soon as the payment is made. We are a home based bakery so please keep that in mind.
- Our pick up time is between 9am-6pm and on Sundays anytime before 12pm.
- Please let us know if you are running late. We will try our best to accommodate, we are usually flexible with this. However, we will not allow orders to be picked up after the last pick up time which is 6pm and on Sunday which is 12pm.
- If you cannot pick up the cake the day of please let us know and we will discuss what we can do. Note we may or may not be able to give you the cake the next day.
